Cleanroom Services - Scope of Work Sample/Procedures

  1. Main Cleaning Floors
    • Thoroughly clean floors in cleanroom areas by vacuuming floors with in-house vacuum and mopping floors with water and IPA. IPA to be provided by customer.
    • Class 10 Cleanroom Floors - semi-annually
      Every 6 months the raised floor in Class 10 cleanrooms needs to be removed section by section and carefully cleaned underneath with IPA. IPA to be provided by customer.
    • Service Aisles - once per month
      On a monthly basis the service aisles of the cleanroom need to be thoroughly cleaned by vacuuming the floor with in-house vacuum and mopping with water and IPA. IPA to be provided by customer.
    • Class 1,000 Cleanroom Floors - annually
      On a yearly basis the raised floor in Class 1,000 cleanrooms needs to be removed section by section and carefully cleaned underneath with IPA. IPA to be provided by customer.

  2. Empty and Clean - Daily
    Empty and clean all waste receptacles and rline with liners on an as needed basis. Liners to be provided by customer.

  3. Wet Clean - Weekly
    Wet clean with cleanroom mop or approved cloth and IPA, all walls, windows, mirrors, ledges, louvers, air showers, wall fixtures, and benches inside Fab areas. Wet clean return air filter casing along gowning wall. IPA to be provided by customer.

  4. Spot Clean - Daily
    Spot clean smudges on walls, doors, and windows in gowing areas and outside Fab areas

  5. Stocking Cleanroom Garments & Supplies
    Stock white suits, blue suits, gloves, hairnets, masks and disposable booties. Replace tacky mats, glasses cleaner, lotion, wipes for glasses, and IPA for cleaning table as needed. Communicate any "stock out" issues to the appropriate customer representative immediately.

  6. Inventory Laundry
    Separate and count all outgoing hoods, boots, jumpsuits, and nylon gloves every day. Also sort out all damaged/stained suits for special laundering. Irreparable or severely stained items should also be separated out to be replaced, and replacements obtained from stores to keep inventory counts accurate. When laundry returns, incoming counts are compared with outgoing. They are then separated by sizes and stocked in gowning stock area. A report of any laundry problems needs to be made to the customer on a weekly basis.


Office Areas - Scope of Work

DailyRequirements

Empty all trash receptacles, replacing all soiled or torn liners.
Thoroughly vacuum all conference rooms and reception area.
Arrange all chairs in their proper location.
Spot clean interior glass doors and partitions.
Dust mop all exposed hard surface floors.
Spot mop all exposed hard surface floors.
Vacuum all exposed carpeting.
Clean all entry glass doors and frames.

Weekly Requirements

Detail vacuum all carpeted areas.
Complete dust mop and damp mop of all hard surface floors.
Spray buff all hard surface floors.
Dust all horizontal surfaces below 60".

Monthly Requirements

Dust all horizontal surfaces above 60", including wall hangings.
Clean exterior of all light fixtures and lenses, also all air vents.
Clean all interior glass partitions.
Dust all venetian blinds.
Dust interior of exterior glass.



Restrooms - Scope of Work

Daily Requirements

Empty, wipe out & disinfect all trash receptacles, including sanitary napkin disposal receptacles. Replace liners.
Restock all paper products and consumables.
Sweep and mop, with disinfectant cleaner, all floor areas.
Clean all mirrors, bright work, counter tops, and dispensers.
Clean and disinfect all toilets, urinals, and basins, including the underside of lids, rims, and fixtures.
Spot clean all partitions, walls, doors, and frames.
Check air freshner dispenser, both aerosol can and batteries.

Weekly Requirements

Thoroughly clean all partitions, doors, and frames.
Clean all light fixtures, lenses, and air vents.

Monthly Requirements

Wash all tile walls.
Clean all vinyl covered walls.
